This video is a dedication to an exceptional Rotary Youth Exchange student, Pauline  Hövener of Billerbeck Germany.  She touched many people lives in Oregon City, OR USA. Pauline’s kindness and dedication to the Rotary program not only reflected positively on her character but her family, community, and her county. We will miss her dearly and hope for her to visit back soon.
